I see no reason to get out of the wagon just yet. We may want to make a quick exit.
Yes, but can we trust that this bull is not free of disease? Who knows how long it has been out here. If we want to keep the bull for food, then we need to come up with a plan on how to store it and also how to figure out if it is safe to eat. Personally I think we should just move on but I am open to suggestions and comments.
Offtopic but, I will not be able to post until sometime tomorrow evening as I am going out of town in a bit. If a decision or party post needs to be made, please go ahead and make those decisions and post if needed. Thanks! |
I don't foresee it as a smart thing to eat something that has been being pecked at by birds. The snake was different because it's fresh. As Kron pointed out, there's no telling how long the bull has been sitting here. Granted it couldn't have been too long because it'd be gone by now, but I dont' foresee myself eating something that other meat eaters have already started eating.
Well, I think we can surmise that the bull is NOT good to eat. We have been told the smell is terrible. To me, that would suggest it is at least rotting. No way should we be eating it. We could decide to kill one of the birds to add to our food supply if you want. Otherwise, I think we should just continue on our way.
