She has a healer's pouch. Why don't we say we will give her healer's pouch to maicman since he is an herbalist so that he can treat Kiana. If the response from the GM indicates Maicman won't or doesn't know what to do to help her, then we can ask for help from the soldiers.
As I think about it, why don't I ask them if they have a healer in their midst. If not, then we can say the above about giving to Maicman?

I guess we will have Maicman bandage up Kiana and use her healers pouch. Next we may want to state our intentions of traveling out East and see what the army suggests or states in response to this.
Kron might also want to explain his lack of trust, just to attempt to get some trust from them. I don't know, but yes, we should probably say something about it being obvious they didn't need us to help them here so perhaps we should head east. Since he has spoken to Ice maybe she should say so. If so use my following IC statement, but I don't mind if some other suggestion overrules.
IC:
"Well, it is obvious we have little to offer to improve upon your fine army's ability to find bandits in this area, perhaps we should head east in our quest?"
I think it is best for Ice to reply as she is the only one that seems to be trusted at the moment by the soldiers, or at least the soldier that addressed us. I will post her quote and see what response that gets.
Update: One more thing before I post party order. What will we use to bind Kiana's wound? Someone's clothes maybe? Any ideas?

I suggest we cut off the bottom portion of Kiana's own cloak and use it to bind her wounds.
I vote for eating rations. We can eat the bird at camp tonight when we have a fire going, etc. We also have that snake, right? Let's just each have a ration of food, and then make our way out east. We haven't found anything yet, and like Ice has mentioned in the past, we are due for some action.
I will give mud one of my rations. He can pay me for it if we manage to collect any gold later.
