"Actually this Kay-Sa-De-A is made with an elongated cooked hamburger patty placed on a small flour tortilla with a slice of melted cheese, taco sauce, lettuce and onions. Then folded up and placed on the grill long enough to melt the cheese and warm it through. It is delicious. I think I can replicate it at home, I'll have to give it a try. The sauce is very close to the La Victoria taco sauce you find in the markets. Now I'm getting hungry."

What is the name of your burger place? Is the food any good? Sometimes I'm just in the mood for a fast food fix.

*smiles* Klar I think you just got yourself a new secret recipe for you stand. I must admit it sound excellent. I hand something similar but was little meat and mostly cheese and things melted in the layers.
