Mystery: Blaggs Case (Hover)
Michael Blaggs killed his wife and daughter. No doubt in my mind about it. The phone calls he made to his wife were clearly "fake" in tone and concern. Why did he kill her? Because she was not satisfying him sexually. She had a hysterectomy, lost all sexual drive and he could not handle it. He view hard porn, visited escorts, etc and blamed her for taking away that from the marriage. He was angry and killed her, he also decided to kill his daughter so she may not have to live knowing her mother was dead.
That's my theory. GUILTY.

When Michael Blaggs was sentenced to prison in Mesa for life but it seems he was beaten badly from the start by other prisoners and still lives on edge up to this day with threats from other inmates. I don't know if he did it. The evidence seems to focus on him, but should it only be on him? I found it strange that no other leads were mentioned. I am going by a 48 Hours report and have not researched this deeper.

In the beginning, due to his reputation the police was treating this case as a murder/kidnapping BUT more they investigate out of the family circle, more they got closer to Michael. The crime scene was clearly staged. There was even blood in the family van that could not be explained by his lawyer.

What do you think about the mother of Jennifer bring up a supposed call from her 10 years before the case about a fight Jennifer and Michael had where he attempted to choke her?

I believe she is saying the truth since there was a woman (former worker at Colorado Legal Service) who contacted police after the case became public and identified her (Jennifer) as the woman who came in two weeks before her murder to say she was a victim of domestic violence.
Also we have the testimony of his co-workers who stated that he acted very suspiciously that day, one of them saw him with two big boxes and he looked dazed, when the co-workers asked him if he needed help, Michael screamed "No! Get out of my way!" and that kind of answer was not typically of him. He was also going on and off the office more than 20 times apparently, to be seen (looking for an alibi).

Interesting, I did not catch that during the 48 Hours documentary, maybe I was doing something else at the time, but it is quite damning. If he did do it then the testimonies from those of the church they attended were all based on just face value relationships and not really knowing the couple. Thus goes along with the saying - if you really want to know someone then enter their home and stay with them for sometime.
