Punk'd

While in the gym they had a show called, 'Punk'D' on and it was really funny. It is the candid camera of the stars. Basically they set up these popular singers and actors and then when they realize they have been fooled they admit being 'punk'd'.

In this particular episode. Matthew Perry (FRIENDS) and his director, who sets him up, enter a warehouse to look at some new cars. After awhile the police raid the warehouse and try to convince Perry that they would let him go if he says that his director had a part to play in the whole episode to which he answered he would not even though he was scared out of his shoes. That was good on him for being honest.

What is your review of the show?

Punk'd Sports & Fashion Music Movies

Punk'd is a show that airs on MTV here in the States and is hosted by Ashton Kutcher. It is funny in that it specifically targets celebrities, and as Ashton is a celebrity himself, he can get away with it most of the time. The funniest 'punk' I've seen is when they had Beyonce meet a couple of underprivileged kids at a location where there was this huge Christmas tree. Under the tree were all the presents for these kids who couldn't have a Christmas because they were poor. Beyonce was then lifted to the top of the tree by a crane to place the star on it, and as soon as she did, they made the tree crash down, right on all the presents. The kids then acted like they were so sad and angry at the same time. The look on Beyonce's face was priceless! Eventually they let her in on the hoax, not until after she had started crying herself for spoiling these kids' Christmas.

I have seen the show a few times, and I thought it was funny. I loved the one where they got Halle Berry at her own movie premier, trying to shut her out and Hillary Duff thinking she was taking her driving test. I also saw the above ones and I think highly of Matthew Perry now.

Offtopic but,
This show is on MTV and most of their shows don't exactly have good taste and morals. MTV is, in my opinion, an instigator and supporter of doing many things that I don't believe in, such as drinking, smoking, swearing horrendously, making unwise decisions, being in intimate situations, physical fighting and violence, lying, cheating, betraying, stealing, name calling, and I could go on. Not that I judge people who do any of these things, I just prefer for me and my family not to watch it.
