Is incredible! Reading the full article we learn that reports about what was happening inside this house of horrors were on the ministry's table since 2002. And now, after 11 years, they shut down the facility without issuing any criminal charge for its owners? They must go to jail and it would not hurt to put under trial also the people that ignored all the reports made during more than 10 years of abuses! Here is not only about justice, is about dignity.
