I smell christmas gift! Well, maybe not quit. Nobody should be shocked to see this on ebay after the "virgin mary in the grilled cheese" incident. Its funny that someone has indeed inquired about it and its in another country. It goes to show that ebay is international now and when you sell, you are selling to the world!
I am almost sure that purchase will be made by a boating fanatic that likes the appeal of knowing that it is fully loaded, an ice breaker and formerly owned by the coast guard. Already you know he has a 'center piece' to talk with his/her buddies about.
NO DICE FOR ICEBREAKER SALE ON EBAY
An internet auction to try to sell the former coast guard icebreaker Sir Humphrey Gilbert has ended without any bids, but the owner is confident he'll find a buyer for the ship.

I am surprised he did not even get one bid since this auction received a lot of publicity, but then again I guess there is of course the worry of where to keep such a vessel since it is not simply 'toast with cheese' or some other novelty purchase.
