Well thanks for the good wishes JB!

For my actual birthday, I got to go to work and cover the weekend! It was the company's little gift to me. My wife had to work the off shift for process support, so we really didn't get a chance to celebrate. We did have fun on Saturday. The apartment had a 60's/70's party. Strangely, most of the people didn't seem dressed any differently. My tie dyed t-shirt and old jeans with love written down the leg including the obligatory peace symbol for the "o" was looked upon rather strangely. I tried to get my wife to go with a GO GO boot and mini-skirt look, but she wouldn't do it. She went with a gypsy dress that worked out fine. That was a lot of fun.

I would of loved to of seen some pictures of you in your shirt! Glad you had some fun though, I wouldn't want you to get drowned in the Eastern work ethic and not realize you are a year older.

Hope you had a terrific day Vincenzo and I thought you would celebrated by eating a big t-bone steak like they serve in Outback! But then I remembered how much you love the stinky tofu, got enough?

I was cycling the other day and it was really hot and humid. The traffic lights kind of forced me in a direction that lead me to the nearby outside market and OMG the stench of that tofu mixed with the hot and humid day made me nearly lose my lunch. My dog wont even eat the stuff, so that is a pretty bad sign!

I can understand when something ferments and you try it to see how it taste, but I will never understand what the first person that purposely rotted a bunch of vegetables to a green liquid shake consistency and thought "hey, I know. I will toss a few squares of tofu in to this rotted vegetable soup and see how it taste".

Thanks for the good wishes and the one bite of stinky tofu that I had should last me another 40 plus years!

Wow, the new year starts off on a good foot. Why thank you to the Architect for the kind words! It is nice to know that although I might not contribute as much as others that what I do is apprecitated.

I do hope all of you have a great year and continue to contribute to this great site. Caring for this site takes far more work than most of us could imagine. Thank you JB and LDS for allowing us a place to "play".
