Her case has been overturned. I do not know what to believe but I just feel so bad for this little bot back in 1989 who didn't get a chance to live because the adults who were supposed to care for him, saw him as just money to be collected.

That's just terrible! I don't know why it can't be re-tried, it's definitely no justice at all for that poor little boy!
Some people are beyond evil, and it really sickens me that his own Mother could do this just to get cash.

Diane, the truth is that in this country there is no justice. The evil people are walking free in the streets while a lot of innocent people are in jail. I don't know what the heck is wrong with our justice system but when things like this happen it makes me lose all hope.

Hi, Sleuth, sorry, I overlooked replying to you! It gets me mad too when you think that the sentences that people receive aren't in line with their crime, and as you point out, there are other people in the jails for things they haven't done.. It's definitely a mad, mixed up world out there
