Things will get better when the chemicals in my body level out they way they should. Oldy enough, meds where given to help depression, then taken away, and the new depression meds made my depression worse. Just waiting for july

I just read your blog, I do not normally, but I was curious as to why you have not been active for such a long time. All I can say is this...

Your words reminded me a lot of my father, a well-liked man with known contacts, but he had one specific weakness - drinks. He mostly did it for two reasons: it was socially acceptable in his line of work and pressure. He could not deal with pressure and often resorted to drinks as a way to null the feeling. However, in doing so he became a different person, one that was not well appreciated and in the end he died a lonely life in a blood filled room.

I honestly can suggest one thing...

Fast and pray. When I say fast I mean take a literal clean out, staying away from anything not natural - eat just fruits, vegetables in their original state, drink lots of water and read this book: AS A MAN THINKETH by James Allen. I am not your doctor, nor your spiritual advisor, nor your mental or emotional support I know, but I am one of your online friends - concerned about you and after reading most of your material I have to wonder... isn't all these things you are taking just weighing down and stifling the pure inner happy you?

I am back and thank everyone for your prayers and concern for me. I would like to thank all of you that kept up with the zero replies. I am going to blog for the first time in a while. Quite a bit has changed and its nice to see that your carrying has not. JB, you are truly a good man, I wish I lived in a world that would allow us to meet, but alas we are a world apart.

My dear friend Kon, I just read your blog. I am so sorry I haven't able to comfort you in your time of need. When you was going through hell, I wasn't coming online as much, so I am sorry I haven't able to cheer you up when you needed it the most.

I am glad to know you're not drinking now. Anything harmful for the body is never the solution for anything so even if you feel tempted to do it again, before doing it think on your wife and kids and the life they deserve with you on it, not without.

I will keep you in my prayers and fasting this week. All the best my friend.
