Absolutely, I wouldn't move without job in hand and written statement of pay. Besides, I really don't like Texas at all! Its too hot and humid with no snow, I would not move unless it was a really good offer.

I've never been a moderator on a 'real' forum, only on a very very small forum with my friend and about three members. This should be a blast, I'm digging through all the stickies now and through other mod boards to get a feel for everything. Looks to be fun, but I want to know what I'm doing before I get a board to mod.

Konquererz, you are not a Board Moderator, you are a Senior Moderator (the Executive of the Community, the Brass, etc.) so you have the whole Community to control (See here and here), in other words you have no specific Board to keep active as yours is more of a 'make sure everything is running right and everyone is keeping the rules' kind of job. Of course if you wanted to keep a certain Board active you can do that, only now you can do it with any Board you so desire.
