Focus on the Temple or Christ?

I am not singling out this Temple thread, but so many temple threads on this site; why is that, shouldn't more topics be devoted to seeking Christ, our Baptism of Fire, with that we have not even opened the gate, to the straight and narrow path.

Has no one read D & C 124, it explains how the Church came under condemnation again, for not completing and dedicating the Nauvoo Temple in time, the Lord said he would not honor any temple work for our dead. And after Joseph was killed, we ceased having a living Prophet at the helm of the Church.

I hope this makes waves, we each need to understand Church History and we each need to seek and find Christ and learn from him personally, to work out our exultation; following other men cannot save us.

Christ Temple the Focus

Or we could focus on both the temple and Christ and leave the personal ideas of men out of it.
