Some gym goers use hand gloves when lifting weights and others do not. I used to go without it, but my hands got a lot of blisters. Now that I use the gloves I find that I am able to press more weights because I am not concerned with the pain in my hands. What about you?
Well, I am not a weight lifter but I can see how hands can become so 'rough' if you do not wear gloves, although I suppose for some people may be kind of uncomfortable using them. I find them very practical for those kind of exercise.
