Humans that are interested in making a profit from their business hope that each potential caller is a sale. If you own a business or are part of the sales team then how many potential buyers contacting your business via walk-in, Email or calls does it take on average before a sale is landed?
For me it can average anywhere between 7 to 10 callers. I find it has a lot to do with how much I am willing to pursue an unsure prospective client. I have often found that hard sales usually do not end in repeat business ads the customer was not serious in the first place, but only bought in due to your salesmanship.
