Shoebox Controls Earth
The Global Consciousness Project has been able to predict the 9/11 event as well as the recent tsunami. The description of the Edinburgh box are about as close to a "glitch in the Matrix" as you can get. Take a read.

I would really be totally sceptical of this, however, there are some really good schools and scientists working on this project.

I don't know, I think this really is possible. If any of you are familiar with Stephan Hawking's "A Brief History of Time", he suggest that it is possible that time is running backwards, but we wouldn't never know, because the entropy or 'disorder' in the universe would decrease with time and our memories of the future disappear because of that. A bit confusing, I admit.
