Be Healed

You may request special healing to take place or even special potions that cure for a price. It is important to note that these potions can only be used by the players themselves so as to keep the secret safe. Most try to use the mystic potion in a hidden place so as to avoid questions.

The prices are as follows (GPs):

Resurrection - 10,000 (Less than two days)

A ceremony is performed, but the deceased must be presented in whole with no body parts missing and not have been dead for more than two days.

Potion of Great Healing - 100

You are randomly healed between 1-20hp

Potion of Healing - 60

You are randomly healed from 1-6hp

Healed of Poison - 30 (based on type - snake, etc.)

A determination of the type of poison must be made before a cure is presented in the form of a liquid.

Q. Why is the cost of a healing potion so expensive?
A. healing potions or elixirs as some people know them by are made by special Alchemists with Magician class characteristics and so their services do not come cheap, after all - it is a miracle cure.

Q. Can I buy this health potion at anytime?
A. Just as in real life you cannot be in a middle of a forest and expect to buy an elixir out of mid air. You must plan to buy this BEFORE you begin the adventure and at the START of your purchase of equipment. This also goes for any of the other services that require you to visit a Member of the Secret Order in the Village.

Q. If I have an elixir and my character is dying can I use it at anytime?
A. Yes, so long as it is possible for you to do so, in other words your character must be physically able to swallow the liquid from the elixir.

Q. Does the elixir give me full health points?
A. it may or may not depending on the potency of the potion made. A dice roll by the GM will determine this.

Q. Can I use an elixir if I am on '0'?
A. Someone will have to force feed you the elixir hoping that you do not choke as it goes down your throat.

Q. If I take the elixir and it puts me on '2'HP would I still have to see a doctor?
A. Yes, but if you take another elixir and it puts you on '3'HP then no doctor is needed.

Q. Can an elixir take my HP above its' maximum?
A. No.

Q. Can I share my elixir with other group members?
A. Only if they are of the Secret Order.

Q. Can I drink just some of the elixir and then drink the other half later?
A. No, it does not work like that. One elixir is the exact measurement of chemicals needed to heal.
