IC: Kron hopes that by sharing stories around the campfire, the party members have grown closer together and will focus on the task at hand. He seconds Cyroc's motion to get going, but also is wary of what had happened the last time they rushed into Death's Mouth without a plan.
'I agree that we need to be moving on, but what be our plan of attack? I feel evil eyes on my every move. We must keep the element of surprise, otherwise we will fail again!'
Well, do we try the ruse? If not, then I vote for going straight through Death's mouth to see what is on the other side. Avoid that side trail that we took last time.
I really think we should consider trying our ruse one last time.
Hello, this is not Brian, but he asked me to post here for him as he is not able to do so himself. Actually he asked me to do it awhile ago, but I forgot. Well anyway his grandmother fell down a broke her hip and Brian has gone to take care of her. Well I hope the delay in the news hasn't put anyone out, I know Brian Wasn't pleased when he found out that I hadn't done it. He asked me to say he was sorry too. He said something else which I can't remember now, but it amounted to Good Luck. Again, I'm sorry I didn't get this message to you earlier. Best Regards Thomas
O.K. We need specifics now. What specifically should we do? Go with the plan for our ruse one more time or attempt to pass through devils mouth? Or, we could do none of the above and just skirt along the edge of the pass hoping to run across something of interest.
OOC: Since it's night fall already (isn't it?), I think we should try the ruse one more time.
We never did take the side path last time. I wonder if it would help us to bypass the ambush that is directly in the canyon? Sabina will volunteer to do it, scout it out up the side of the canyon to see what's up there (if anything).
I suppose GM will now control both Unferth & Glyphfury's characters?

IC: "Aye, I'm all for a plan, fellows. Shall we try the ruse once more, for at least we can say we've done all we could."
I just re-read the last post to the scenario. It kind of tells us we are being watched which means the ruse as it is won't likely work. We could try a different tact. We could all pretend to sleep, but have our weapons ready and not actually go to sleep. The two on guard can also pretend to sleep but stay awake, then when we are approached (if we are) we can spring into action.
