The main goal would be to defend our position - even though it's not a great one - around the horses. The GM sad that our circle was broken, but this doesn't mean we can't try to regroup. Mud and Sabine (or those with the smallest "firepower") should care more for the horses and if they observe something important, shout it out. If the wolfs are scattered in all directions, we should try to form a circle - with the smallest radius possible. If they come from a single direction, we should form a slightly curved line, with our back against the horses and facing the enemy.
P.S. don't forget about the fire ... if it's possible ... wolfs are afraid of fire.

OOC: Sorry for not posting here recently. Since Smudge is in Israel and not able to post much for Mud, can we give him tasks? I'd like Mud to hold onto my horse so I can light a torch. Or, can I toss him a torch to light? Good idea to light torches, I think it's right that the torches will mostly frighten off the wolves -- 10 pairs of eyes is only 5 beasts. I think we can take 'em.
IC:
While striving to calm her horse, Sabina is led slightly off from the defensive circle. "Mud! Hold my horse so that I can get a torch lit!" She passes her horse's reins to Mud, and she finds in her saddle bag a torch and lights it.
Stepping forward toward the trees, Sabina begins shouting loudly and waving the torch, just below arm level, to swing the fire near the wolves' heads.
"Hai! Hai! Get going, ye beasts! Nothing here for you to eat, move along!" she shouts.

Edit: Also, Ramer and Kron have been MIA the past week or so. I know Ramer started a new job, but has anyone heard from Malexander? Are we supposed to control their characters?

IC: Everyone try to stay together! Kiro, can you keep the horses under control?
OCC: Last night, I kind of had to make it all up. Thanks for responding today.
I think we will have to keep on the way we are, assigning tasks, or asking the other characters to do things. That is how I got Mud to see if he could start a fire.
I am going to ask Kiro to hold the horses, and Ramer to watch our backs. The three of us will have to do. Kron can also watch our backs.
So, Mud and Kiro are holding the horses (at least I will ask them to), and Ramer and Kron will watch our backs. So, 5 of us are prepared to fight, 2 are holding the 4 horses. I think this is as good as we can get.
IC: Sabina, if you could, light us a couple more torches! I think we are going to need them!

IC: Sabina nods to the darkness, unable to see Joe but hears his shout for aid. Over her shoulder, she calls, "Mud! Grab some more torches from me saddlebags, get them lit, if ye can, and hand them 'round. The others can hold the horses while ye do so -- hurry, boy!"
I.C. ".! I got one." Ramer almost runs off to chase the other wolf but for some reason he thinks it would be better to remain close to the group. He looks for another target to approach the party, mindful not to swing to wildly around his friends.
I.C. "Darn I hate these creatures! " thinks Sidraul. He tries to pull himself together "I can't let my friends down, they need me". He gets a better grip on the hilt of his weapons and swings towards the wolf that bit him.
O.O.C.: I say we stay and fight the wolfs. I think if we try to mount the horses now, will create an undescribable confusion, allowing the wolfs to hurt us more (or at least the bigger part of us).
