[camp] The Rescue - Page 13

OCC: I was thinking in riding after Ice but we really need to be fast enough, I am not sure whether we can still seeing her from our location, can we?. Whatever you decide, just let's move to a place where we can heal our wounds. Party Order needs to be post pretty quick since we are under attack right now and longer we take, longer we become targets. I say go after Ice, those who are not very hurt, can continue riding and using their bows and arrows. What do you all say?.

Rescue camp

OCC: I think I am still mounted (?). I do suggest that we move away, if we can. As I stated, Joe is looking for cover, as well as trying to see where the arrows are coming from. If we can find this out, we can make better choices.

So, let's withdraw, and move towards the south, looking for somewhere to regroup and bind wounds, etc.

OOC: I agree -- ride fast and away in the direction Ice went. Everyone's wounded to varying degrees, I think, except Kron? And the first arrow knocked my feather from my hand! No more map making, I guess, until I find another feather

Page 13 Rescue camp

OOC: Seems like it is every man for himself now. We didn't even appoint a third leader as we weren't expecting to have to use one. I think what the GM is trying to hint to us is not to move, then whoever is shooting won't know where you are. Of course, I am out of the picture now, so you guys left need to appoint a leader and make a decision.

IC: Zzzzzzzz snort snort zzzzzzzz.

OCC: Why is Kron out of the picture? Isn't he just retreating to the south?

OCC: Well, Ice and Kron made it to the south and we are still under attack. I think we need to take care of Joe before it is too late. Daphne will try to take Joe and put him on her horse and quickly ride to the South. For this to happened, Althea and Mud will have to start shooting like crazy and form a human shield so Daphne can accomplis this. She will quickly try to wake up Joe by throwing some water on him, if he does not react quickly enough, she will pull him on her horse as fast as she can.
Let me know what you all think about it, I would like some ideas. Malexander and Ice can still posting here even though they cannot post in Party Order, I would like to know your opinions since you all are more experienced.

I think it will take two of you to put Joe on the horse. I think Mud needs to pick joe up and put him on the horse while Daphne and Althea do the firing because Joe is a man and unconcious. He will be heavy. It might take two to put him on the horse. IN that case, I suggest Althea and Mud while Daphne does the firing. However, Daphne I would be running around on my horse while firing so as to not be a standing target. It needs to be quick and then ride like heck to the south. Don't delay.

Now, yesterday I was told by the GM that you guys need to decide on your own what to do for now since I am not with you. This is what I think since you asked, but in the end you guys should do what you think best.

Try to save Joe, but it doesn't help if you all get killed in the process either. So, I would try, but if you can't get him on the horse without being killed...

OCC: I am afraid of being the only one doing the firing, I would definetly become a real target and may end up dead very quick. I think maybe Mud can quickly throw some water on Joe to see if he gets up and try to put it on the horse while Althea and Daphne do the firing. If he cannot hold Joe and put it on the horse, then we will have to leave him behind...who knows, the bandits may think he is dead. I would hate to leave him behind. Any other options?.
