This is a very interesting statement "Is not a problem to be solved, it's a condition to be managed". Its implication means a war will never be won using soft-hearted tactics.

I do not support extreme thinking but if one uses logic the solution to terrorism it to eradicate the source completely in its entirety. I realize this goes against all we try to achieve as a modern society and its implication is very scary and nasty. But truly what other solution will work?

What Is The War On Terror?

Thanks for proving my point annulation of a populous is difficult if not impossible. So now what do we do?

I was listen to an Islamic teacher and he had some great ideas I thought. Teach those out side of the religion what they agree really about and also teach their own why the radicles are applying their religions scripts incorrectly. It might help slow down conversion of people to extreme Islamic beliefs. It will take generations but it can be done.

Few in the West Are Serious About Islamic Terror

It appears that no matter how many men, women and children Islamists slaughter or maim, few in the West take Islamic terror seriously. This may sound odd, given how much talk there is about terror, but a compelling case can be made for this assertion. 1) The Western elites The elites of the Western world are far more preoccupied with — and fearful of — global warming than Islamic terror. They regard those who believe that Islamic terror is the greatest threat to civilization as not merely wrong but bigots. They have labeled such people Islamophobes, but of course, there is no such… Ref. Source 9f.
