I remember when askjeeves first came out, it was so cool! Anyone still remember when you first found out that you could ask funny questions and get these hidden answers? That was so cool when I found out about it, I spent the day (it took a day on 15.5 bps modem!) exploring all the different ridiculous questions I could ask it! , what a blast!

I remember those days, but it was on a 33.6kbs modem Really though, I think Ask Jeeves is good for someone that really does not know how to play with key words, but with the advent of Google I am sure Ask Jeeves has lost business. Maybe the buy out will come with a new 'face lift' and added features in this now very competitive market.
