I can answer yes to all except for number 3. Well, I can say yes to number 3 in that I do try[I], but I am often not successful. I am a classic Type A personality.
However, I try to eat health, not so much because I am health conscious, but because I am weight concious and if you eat healthy it is easier to maintain or lose weight than when you don't.
I also exercise regularly. Mostly for weight maintenance as well, but now that it is a habit and I see how much more physically fit I am, remaining that way is also a part of the motivation.
