My Review: I love movies that are both entertaining and teaching you enlightening principles at the same time. Ice Age is one of those movies that makes you feel like you can relate to each character in one aspect or another. I thought the mammoth should of had a stronger voice than 'Everybody Loves Raymond', but I guess it passed.

I absolutely adore this movie! The humor was spectacular! It's one of the few movies that no matter how many times I watch, I still laugh out loud at. I kind of liked Ray Romano's voice for Manny because it wasn't what you expected
My FAVORITE character out of the entire movie has to be Scrat! I love that little squirrel. He's just the random comedy that comes out of nowhere.
Great movie! My daughter and I watched this several times together. Scrat is the coolest -- the "opener" cartoon is absolutely hysterical. However, there is a very poignant part to the film, when the mother of the baby finds herself beset by saber-tooth tigers. She's standing on the point of a rock, which is hanging out over a large river. She looks at the tigers, looks at the water, hugs her baby... and jumps. Talk about a leap of faith! I have to agree with her, that the prospect of drowning in the river is infinitely better than being ripped to shreds by tigers -- and the hope of surviving the jump is a great motivator.
Oh, and the "girly-men" rhinos are just too funny.
Ice Age is a good movie for all ages. It is funny, especially with the girly-rhinos and the squirrel, but my favourite part would have to be the Dodo birds. How they are preparing for the Ice Age but only have three melons, and when trying to save the melons they... well, get into trouble. I also agree that the mammoth could have used a better voice actor than ray romano, but it was still a good movie.
