This would be a terrible law to pass whether or not you do anything wrong. Once it becomes legal to read your personal e-mails it sets a precedent that now your e-mails are no longer private. The use for such a law could change over time and as FunBikerChic suggests could be used for government censorship.
This might seem far fetched, but the uses for programs change over time. For Example: Here in the USA when social security numbers were first issued there was some concern that the government would recognize you now by number and not name, also it was feared that the government would be able to compile private information on you. Assurances were given that this would not happen and that your social security number would only be used in relation with the social security program.---Now the social security number is required to even get a drivers license or a credit card and the government has easy access to almost anything they wish to know about you- all through that little number.
I hope that law gets shot down fast for the sake of everyone in
Argentina.
