Excellent! While I am completely for the right of gays to get married, I am not for counties going against laws they don't like. When a state sets up a law, you have to abide by it, period! The entire idea of a county deciding what laws it wants to enforce and obey is ridiculous! If you start with this one, where will this type of behavior end up? If its OK in this scenario, then at what point does it become "not OK", and then, what point will ignoring the state rulings lead to an anarchic type state in which the counties do what they wish? No. Counties have to follow what the state says, the state must put its foot down and up hold the law!
