Where Does Morpheus Go?

In Matrix Reloaded just before Neo enters the room with the Architect Morpheus is with him, yet Neo enters alone and Morpheus is unaccounted for - seems like a glitch?

That is very true! He also could not have went back out the door that the Keymaker closed because Smith was out there so it is definitely a case of the directors hoping you missed that one. To make it real they should of had Neo picking him up on the way out from the Architect's room.
