Zephaniah 1:10
"And it shall come to pass in that day, saith the LORD, that there shall be the noise of a cry from the fish gate, and an howling from the second, and a great crashing from the hills."
In Nehemiah 3:3 we're told that the sons of Hassenah rebuilt the Fish gate. Each of the entrances to Jerusalem had a name and the Fish Gate was one of these entrances. A fairly detailed description of the city and its many gates can be found here:

The term fish gate is not being used literally as it appears but it a key link being used in the Bible mostly as a symbol for obedience. Thus the verse would imply great disobedience from the people of Israel which matches with the rest of the prophetic book which talks about their punishment for disobedience. The sheep gate is also used as a key link symbolizing salvation most of the time. In literal meaning, the fish gate is thought to be the gate known to archeologist today as the Damascus Gate.
