WINNIPEG BOY, 10, SET AFLAME
Winnipeg police have laid assault and other charges against two
teenagers after a 10-year-old boy was doused with lighter fluid and set
on fire.

This is awful. The story doesn't say how badly the boy was burned. I wonder what his prognosis is. He says second degree burns but doesn't say over what percentage of this body.

Most times when you hear something about Canada it rarely includes anything about crime or moving because you are scared, but maybe Canada is not holding up to its reputation and becoming influenced by the darkness that is already engulfing the rest of the world.
