What about having a job that allows you to be in constant contact with a high rolling figure? I have seen these guys in operation before - they have to be quick and alert, but do they have a rest at all?
JENNA'S EX IS JEEVES TO BUSH
When President Bush shakes 1,000 hands, Blake Gottesman is ready with the Purell. When Bush is in his daily intelligence briefing in the trailer on his ranch, Gottesman is on site to dog-sit Barney, the president's Scottish terrier. When a member of the White House senior staff wants a word with the boss, Gottesman is there to recommend yes or no.

This is a job I can't imagine having! The travel, the international "scene," political bigwigs, and heads of state... wow!
I've been personal *office* assistant to corporate execs, but not every-minute-of-every-day assistant. One would have to have an amazing tolerance level, be extremely intelligent, extremely tight-lipped, and be able to survive on very little sleep -- not to mention being extremely sharp. Since I have a tendency to daydream a bit, I don't have any illusions about doing a job like that.
