I had to look this up as I had not heard of the official name for this. It's like the episode of Catfish where the guy absolutely would not come to the realization that he was not in fact talking to Katy Perry. Even after proving to him that he was talking to a girl from England, who knew everything about him because he told her, at the end of the episode he admitted that he thought everyone on the show was lying to him because he was sure he was really in a relationship with Katy Perry and she loved him. It was crazy and scary. I wonder how many people have this.
