Do you think Secession is Illegal or should 'enough' people wanting it make it legal?

Now if you think it is illegal then by what process is a break away legal if not by force?

Illegal Secession Is

Well of course this is highly debatable, but I am of the view that if enough people that own land of an area or zone want something and they are willing to go through 'legal' means to get, then so be it. However, if 'legal' means does not work and the masses want to still do it and they have the power to do it then farewell - go form your own.
