Comments: The only way a blood bank can screen blood is to ask the person giving it questions like: Are you a intervenous drug user? Are you homosexual? This is screening. There is no way to screen physically blood.

It's just too bad they trusted Bill Clinton and his gang of blood thieves. They never monitored blood very well. They only knew, each hospital needed a quota and, frankly, didn't care where they got it from.

Clinton Bill and Blood Tainted

I think all people need to be better screened before giving blood. A look at their medical records should be used to help ensure that good blood is getting to the blood banks.
