I'm not sure Germany would have been able to do all that because by 1944 they were pretty well beaten. But had they gotten the bomb they would have been able to at least stabilize the situation. Then we would have bombed them instead of Japan. My guess is they would have still lost, but they would have used bombs on Russian armies in Poland and on London or perhaps Antwerp, the main Allied supply port. Those places would be different now. Then we would have taken out Berlin and as much of the Ruhr as we could. Those places would be different now.

Of course, this depends on how many bombs the Germans could have produced and how quickly they could have produced them. I'm guessing that since national survival was on the line they could probably have made four or five. Use one or two to slow the Allies and the rest on top of Russian armies. They'd have probably used the forces they used for their last gasp counter offensive in the Battle of the Bulge in the east instead and thrown them through the hole the bombs made.

Oh, and we would have had to have invaded japan, at the cost of hundreds of thousands of US and British casualties and millions of Japanese dead and wounded. The war would have drug out into 1946 and maybe 1947. Europe would have been even more devastated due to the nuclear explosions and there would have been even harder feelings towards Germany. The only country to come out of it in relatively the same condition would have been the US and possibly the USSR... Possibly.
