I'm not sure what the mystery is here. Two elderly people go hunting- one of which has a history of heart problems- and they both have heart attacks. Likely, after one of them had the heart attack the stress of seeing his friend fall is what brought on the other heart attack.

Hmm, I agree with you. The thing that I think is a little odd, is that the friend had survied long enough to flag down a motorist, and have the energy to do so. I wonder wether the friend had heart problems in the past also?
