Comets May Have Led to Birth and Death of Dinosaur Era

Comets slamming into the Earth may be responsible for both the birth and the death of the dinosaur era, an international group of researchers report. There is a considerable amount of evidence that a bolide (a comet or asteroid) collision with Earth triggered the end of the dinosaur era 65 million years ago.

Take your time and read this article thoroughly. It has allot of information in it and is profound in its findings. The idea that comets both created and eliminated the dinosaur reign is unique and astounding in its proclamation. The implications of these discoveries imply that humanities time as supreme species is limited and will one day be eliminated by another mass extinction event.
