Driving Test

Did you pass your FIRST driving test or fail? Regardless as to wether you passed or failed do tell about the experience. If you failed, how many times did it take for you to finally pass.

I have passed every driving test the first time, except my motorcycle license test in Utah. I hadn't ridden in so many years, and had never before ridden a big bike, so had a very difficult time maneuvering through the course.

(I rode a 250 on/off road bike when I was 14-17, then bought a Honda 750 when I was 37. Huge difference in how they handle.)

Yes, I passed my first driver's test, but just barely! I was driving a stick-shift volkswagen, and I was having a really hard time parallel parking, and then stopping on a hill. I passed with one point above the failing score.

I passed my first driving test but could not get a full license because I was too young at the time so I had to settle for a restricted one. My instructor fell asleep..maybe that was the real reason why he gave me the restricted license!

I passed the exam for the first time and I felt it was "a piece of cake". Still, before the exam I remember I was really nervous and agitated, but once I started everything was OK.
