Humans are engrained with special codes, biological ones, often referred to as DNA and it is carried in their cells. Each cell determines the human's makeup, however do you feel it is possible to inherit some code / genetics / characteristics of another human because of a blood transfusion or other blood mixture?
Well, your cells have the same DNA code and the blood has the same DNA. But the cells don't get the DNA from the blood. At least in adults, your traits have already been inherited and are unlikely to change once formed. I think that once you are born, your traits and inherited code are already in place, thus a blood transfusion would not change your genetics.
