You can call me a boring person, but this is one of the reasons I do not enjoy dangerous rides on amusement parks, I think they are not enjoyable and they can cause serious injuries to people.

Here is part of the report, what do people expect from these rides?

A suit filed in U.S. District Court in Knoxville last week alleges that the defendants took inadequate measures to warn riders that "the unexpected turns and drops occurred in the dark and with such severity that a rider's head or neck could be snapped or whipped in such a way as to cause brain damage or stroke."

In a follow up to this story it seems that it was not the fault of Disney directly, but a heart condition. One has to wonder how this was not detected before though - quite sad to die on a ride - the ride of a lifetime.

Hearing these stories of people dying from amusement park activity is so sad! I can't imagine taking a much-planned-for vacation, only to end it with the death of a child. It's heartbreaking.

Call me a chicken but that's why I do not see what is the "fun" about those dangerous rides. I do not find them funny at all but all the opposite. I never enjoyed them and it is so hard to understand how someone can like those things when you feel your heart is going out of your mouth. It is so sad to hear the story of this little boy.
