REVIEW: WELCOME RETURN FOR 'BATMAN'

"Batman & Robin," the fourth installment in the Batman franchise, hit theaters with a loud thud in 1997. It was a bad time for the Caped Crusader, whose movies had started out so promisingly. The winged warrior was at least on life-support -- if not downright down and out.

Begins Batman

Batman begins is going to be so good, I can already feel it. You can tell it has the feel of the Dark Knight that Batman has always been. If it is the return to the old Batman like everyone thinks it is, it will resurrect the caped crusader in the film industry! I have some free movie passes and may go see it in the theatres. Or maybe not. After the past blunders, I may just wait until a couple of my friends see it and review it.

Batman Begins Sports & Fashion Music Movies

I saw this yesterday and thought it was okay, not fabulous, but just a good all round movie although the car on the roof scene was a bit too much in my opinion. I like that they explained many things that I did not know before about the beginnings of Batman, some of which I had asked in the Anime Board.

Begins Batman

I loved it! My fiance and I saw it three times in the movie theatre. We're "arguing" over who gets to buy it when it comes out on DVD. We're getting out of the habit of buying the same movies because when we get married, we're going to have a lot of movies to get rid of.

I thought Christian Bale did an excellent job with the role. He is the King of Roles. Every role he plays is so completely different from any other, and he pulls them off.He has that dark, mysterious complex, but he pulls off lighthearted behavior well.

I love the mixture of drama and comedy and action. I was not all too thrilled on the character of Rachel, but that could be because I'm not a huge Katie Holmes fan. Other than that, casting was great. Alfred was awesome.
