I found a new game - sudoku - in a local paper. It's an interesting puzzle. They sad it is well known in Asia and the US. You have to fill in a grid so that every row, every column, and every 3x3 box contains the digits 1 through 9.

I actually have a book with over 200 that I bought for 6.99 at Barnes and Noble...
It was translated into Sudoku by the Japenese, and you can find books of different difficulty based on the karate belts. Of the 5 books I believe I saw, I chose brown Belt, which is one step down from black, being a fairly challenging collection of Soduko puzzles
I just started playing Sudoku and its addicting. I got a book of 500 sudoku puzzles for christmas and play at least two or so a day. The book starts you off at easy but by the end of the book they are the ripping your hair out hard.
It does not involve any math calculations. It is like a number jigsaw puzzle. It is a way to pass time - there is a book for Sudoku for dummies that can help.
