Disgusting man! How could he? It won't surprise me one bit if his license wasn't revoked. I am sick tired to read and see how autistic people are treated, how special needs folks as a whole are treated. Worst than animals.
There are some sickos out there who think they can get away with these things because the victims cannot talk. Shame on them! Hope they rot in prison!
Is a shame. Is not easy to find the words to comment such a cowardly behavior! I believe these kind of episodes involve deeply frustrated people that feel strong abusing those that are defenseless and weak. There should be no empathy or understanding in such cases. Justice should be applied without any discount.
A caretaker is supposed to be a sort of guardian angel, somebody that protects the weak from harmful situations providing comfort and aid. If the caretaker becomes the abuser the damage done is multiplied: the victims find themselves hopeless and will hardly trust anybody else in the future, unable to cope with what happened in their past.
It is hard to still have faith in humankind when stories like those reported by the media daily put us not closer but under the wildest animals. We are supposed to be sentient beings, somebody likes to say "Superior", but I never saw a dog or a cat act in the same wicked way as some humans do. Revolting.
For me the two amazing things was the age of the nurse, you're usually more impatient at that age (60 and over), its not the job for a man at that age. The other thing is he must have known that there were cameras on him - why do it?
Maybe, for some reason, he felt he would benefit of a sort of impunity. Probably many other episodes like those that brought him in front of a court happened in the past and he became so used to it that he didn't even worry when doing it in an open and visible way.
