Kalfie starts to make himself light, but is it too late? If this does not work Kalfie knows they will be upon him or possibly surround him.
GM: Dice roll: "Too late?" and you need under 50 as I am giving you a 50-50 chance of escaping. Based on your die roll say what you will do now.
Daphne and Tortdog, keep looking for trees, but they seem to forget that they are at the South Mountains, where there are no trees nor grass to speak about. You decide to follow after the horde by riding West and then North. You look around cautiously thus slowing your movement a bit. You ride with the hope of hearing those who will now be North West of your location, but you hear nothing as yet.
GM: 11:00am. Say what you will do now.
Kalfie realizes that his desperate actions is putting him much further ahead of his pursuers who are now starting to slow down as they stop to pick up the usable iitems he has thrown off.
You still press on hard and find yourself arriving to the Forested land of the North. The trees almost seem to be a welcomed site, but where are you, an what lies in that forest? Your horse is exhausted, he almost seems to shake under your weight.
GM: 12:00pm. Say what you will do now.
Daphne and Tortdog continue their press towards the North and East, but there are no real relevant or apparent tracks to be found. You keep riding until you see a forest. From what you can remember these trees are the beginning of what is the more peaceful beginnings of the Village.
GM: 12:00pm. Say what you will do now.
Kalife allows his horse to rest, and as he does so the horse immediately seems to tug towards a certain direction. You wonder why and then see the horse is leading you to a small patch of water nearby. You listen for any sounds of predators or your pursuers nearby, but hear nothing. You feel hunger and thirst from within. You are most definitely unaware of your surroundings but can only guess your position and attempt to make your way back to the Village.
GM: 1:00pm. Say what you will do now.
Kalife inspects the patch of water and figures that if it was good enough for his horse then it is probably good enough for him. He then looks for a way back to the Village by heading in a Northern direction.
After an hour or more you start to see recognizable parts of the Village and enter West of it. You immediately feel reassured and especially hungry.
