Britain Terrorism

There have been 4 people injured at the DVLA (Driver and Vehicle licensing Agency) in Swansea, so far, and several letter bombs have been sent out --it is rumoured to be 7 bombs in total.

Police are warning every UK citizen to be alert and on their guard to try and get this type of terrorism eliminated.

It's frightening to think how easily it has been done so far!

I wrote a story about the letter bomb at Wokingham in Berkshire. Apparently, it was aimed at a company that deals with speeding fines, which seems to be the target of the other letter bombs.

It would appear someone has had enough of receiving speeding tickets and thought they would get some sort of revenge. I can't possibly understand how letter bombing innocent people is going to change things?

Breaking News

British counter-terrorist police said Thursday they arrested three suspects in the deadly suicide bomb attack on the London transit system in 2005. Two of the men were picked up just before boarding a plane to Pakistan. The Associated Press had reported that the arrests were the first in the investigation, but two suspects were previously detained by British police in 2005. One was released without charge, the other was charged with wasting police time.

"British officials will do everything possible to help free five Britons kidnapped in Iraq, Prime Minister Tony Blair has said.
The five - a computer expert and four bodyguards - were taken from the finance ministry building in Baghdad"

I can't even begin to think what this must be like for the five men taken hostage; my hearts goes out to them and their family.
