RELIGIOUS ARSON? 2 SMALL-TOWN BLACK CHURCHES BURN OVERNIGHT
Seven arson fires broke out Friday in a neighborhood in this small Tennessee town, inflicting heavy damage on two black churches and burning five vacant houses, authorities said. It was not immediately known if race may have played a role in the arsons. The fires erupted in the middle of the night, and no one was injured. No arrests have been made, but Mayor Tom Pedigo said authorities are pursuing some tips.

This is one of those types of crimes (arson) that I just don't understand. What is the thrill in destroying people's homes and churches?
The only good point is that the churches and 5 homes burned were unoccupied, and no one was hurt.
Did any of you read where a few days ago some Churches in the South were set on fire? Five of them I believe it was and the report wondered about the intolerance of religion in the Bible belt. Now, sadly more burn, but in a different manner:
