Title: local ISIS recruitment
Comments: It is just a waste of time trying to convince the police and the politicians here that there is a real threat to our democracy. They are well aware of who the mastermind is behind the recruitment financing and encouragement our citizens to join the ISIS movement, and yet do nothing constructive about it, all they do is offer lip service. They should know by now who is the leader of the local so called Muslim fanatics. The financing and the travel arrangements of these recruits must be done from this island. Officials here and those in positions of authority keep turning a blind eye to what is really going on here with regards to terrorism .They still keep offering protection to the well known leader of our so called Muslims brigade who are waiting for an opportunity to attempt another coup. They are just waiting for something to happen then to start looking for a scape goat to blame. It is just unbelievable.
If it was up to the police a lot of these extremists would be locked up but its not up to them. They only arrest and enforce it is the judiciary that decides if they go to prison. The judiciary can only make decisions based on the law so if there aren't specific laws governing these thing all men who want to be terrorists can be free as a bird.
The scary thing is if any kind of anarchy ever happened in this country then there would be an immediate moral breakdown. People would not try to be calm and stay in their homes. No, there would be mass looting and civil disobedience to the highest degree. I hope the local intelligence is seeking out ways to stop the influx of illegal guns through our borders.

Title: Terrorism in Trinidad
Comments: The dangerous aspect about terrorism and the supply of guns into Trinidad is that whilst some responsible citizens in positions of authority are trying their hardest to prevent illegal guns and ammunition from entering the country, there are others in the same cal positions but with so called responsibility behind the importation of these illegal weapons into the country. All in all unless Draconian action is taken now ,the situation will get worse with more of our innocent citizens being randomly slaughtered on a daily basis with these very weapons.
I don't think terrorism in T&T will occur anytime soon, there aren't any much trinis who are willing to make an effort to pull out any attack in the first place. With so many crimes already taking place every year, it can be considered as some kind of terrorism.
