Biblical Scroll Fragments Found in Israel
AP - A secretive encounter with a Bedouin in a desert valley led to the discovery of two fragments from a nearly 2,000-year-old parchment scroll - the first such finding in decades, an Israeli archaeologist said Friday.

Well, I really hope this scroll do not end up being another modern forgery. The article states that it is under evaluation right now, so let's hope it is real and can give new light to certain parts of the Bible.

Biblical Scroll Fragments Found Revealed Bible The
No word is out on their authenticity yet. But they do say they have scriptures from Leviticus on the scrolls. It would be interesting to see how the scrolls line up with modern translations of Leviticus and possibly insight into other Jewish beliefs and customs of the time.
