Hmmm. I believe they fill the measure of their creation. That's a pretty good way to worship God, but it is perhaps passive. Do they have the intellectual capacity to consciously choose the right? I'm not sure they do in this life, but I understand that they will in the spirit world.
God Worship Animals Do
Well, according to Psalm 148:7-13 they do:

God Worship Animals Do
I believe animals mainly live on instinct and do not have time to worship. They have to survive, or die. I do believe there are times, in special circumstances where there are spiritually open to worship.

Animals, in my estimation are saved through the atonement of Jesus Christ, because of the ignorance that they are under now.
Either way, Animals are an important part of the hereafter and will be much more intelligent then they are now.

Do Animals Worship God
Dictionary.com defines worship as:

Psalms does not say that animals "worship," but that they "praise" him.
Per Gesenius #1984, the word "Praise" used in your reference essentially means, 'to be clear, brilliant; or refers to "brightness of light." The closest I can find in Gesenius to the exact word used in the Hebrew, unfortunately is in the Hithpoel- which says the word actually means, to go "impetuously," or "madly."
It seems to me that the original Hebrew suggests that the animals are acting simply as animals, and in doing so, acting impetuously, or by instinct, they praise God.
Equally, in these verses, the ocean, the moon, trees, mountains, etc. all praise God just as do the animals. How do they do it? As obedient intelligences. For
