NEW STUFF

Family Album - it has just started, but you can see

Downloads Plus - recently installed, it allows
upgraded members to both upload and download
files for other members to use. Once you create
an upload and it is approved then a thread is
automatically created in the Downloads Plus Board

NEW TALKING BOT

Recently you may have noticed the new talking
Bot on our Portal Pages. The voice is LDS_forever's,
but not the pic. If you click on the text she gives
various bits of information about our site. Great
help to get this established was given by our Member

Guests See Forum

The Search Engines index a lot of our threads and many people across the internet find our Community by looking for a particular topic, however, they are often met by a 'Guest' page which does not give them the theme topic for which they were originally looking. We changed this so that it at least points to the Forum index so that they get a 'taste' without actually being able to read the topics.

We also changed all the writing above that guests saw about the Register process. It is simple now with a link to the Register page where they can then get all the gibberish.

Bare Bones Skin

I increased the font size of the numbers in Bare Bones to compensate for the lack of dates and names there.

CHANGES

Whenever you reply or start a new topic you would
get this long blob of text telling you what not to post.
This has been removed and replaced with a simple
link to our Constructive Posting policy. This enables
you to use the Text Buttons without scrolling

Regardless to being a Guest or Member, everyone
can now view the Policy thread.

The Registration page is very simple now.

The Board Rules has been changed, you are advised
to look it over. Mainly the new text is based on being
less intimidating and yet still conveying the same
message of our policies here.

TO 'DELETE' YOUR ACCOUNT:
