Title Job

My current job title is CSR (Customer Service Representative). This is for the most part fairly accurate for my job function. If I were going to change it however I would most likely think of something such as Customer Relations Specialist. This is mainly because even though I am there to service a piece of equipment for the customer, the primary aspect of what I have to do is make the customer happy about having their equipment.

I refer to myself as 'Web Designer' and only if someone gets technical with my business name then I will use the words 'Director' or 'Owner', but do not care for these executive names as it gives a fictional idea that we are huge, just from our web design alone people always Email me for jobs. Really I prefer the first title: 'Web Designer'.

Title Job

My official title is Program Instructor, and it fits. I work at an after school program (Girl's Incorporated, which is a national organization) and we are an educational suppliment. I teach, or instruct, different programs. Our programs are always educational, and sometimes they're aimed towards teaching the girls life skills they don't get in school, and sometimes we teach them academic lessons in a fun way. I'm pretty content with my title, though, and really couldn't think of a different way to phrase it.

Title Job

My current title is "Accounting Lead," which fits the job, I suppose. I am the lead person in my department, supervise directly two people, and indirectly three more (who would never admit it, but always come to me for help and etc., so... ). I direct and track the work flow and deadlines, design departmental forms, communicate with clients and correspond with government agencies, oversee audits, review final paperwork before it's submitted to clients, and handle anything and everything that even *might* be a problem.

Hey, I deserve a raise!
