Types Of Sexual Relations

Every Religion has a standpoint about sexual relationships and you may wish to list how your Religious Organization or System or School views each of the following from a Religious persepective and not merely personal. You may do so by quoting the numbered items below and then either attaching to it 'agreed' and why, or 'disagree' and why:

1. Sexual relations between two men
2. Sexual relations between two women
3. Sexual relations between one man and one woman
4. Sexual relations between one man and many women
5. Sexual relations between one woman and many men
6. Sexual relations between man/woman and an animal
7. No Sexual relations at all, giving allegiance to Deity
8. Sexual relations to an object or thing not living

Relations Sexual Types

1. Disagree. My religion considers homosexual relations as sin.

2. Disagree. Same as above.

3. Agree. This is only acceptable if these two people are legally married.

4. Disagree. Even though Polygamy was part of my religion long years ago, it is not accepted anymore as a lifestyle.

5. Disagree. Same as above.

6. Disagree. It is consider perversion.

7. Disagree. We believe the strongest foundation is the Family and we cannot create families if we do not get married and if we do not get married then we cannot procreate and this is the commandment that God gave to Adam and Eve.

8. Disagree. It is not "natural".

Types Of Sexual Relations Beliefs Religious General

1. Disagree - The Bible states that two men shall not lay together..it is a sin.
2. Disagree - Reasons above
3. Agree - Only in marriage - Sex is a blood covenant. It is a covenant between a man and a wife.
4. Disagree - It's considered adultery.
5. Disagree - She is considered an adultress
6. Disagree - **shudder** Sexual relations are meant for a man and wife.
7. Acceptable - This one is a half and half type deal. Marriage relations are permitted, but it's acceptable to commit to a life of celebacy.
8. Disagree - I agree with LDS... It's just not "natural."

Too bad not much people have answered this poll since sexual issues and Religion is a big issue in today's society from marriage to abortion and the whole process in between.

1. Sexual relations between two men
2. Sexual relations between two women

Both of these are sins of one of the worst kind.

3. Sexual relations between one man and one woman

In a union where the religious vows are taken and pledge to each other and their God it is to be one of the most Beautiful gifts they can share and should only be with held for short times for deep religious reasons.

4. Sexual relations between one man and many women
5. Sexual relations between one woman and many men
6. Sexual relations between man/woman and an animal

These are all sins and not to be done.

7. No Sexual relations at all, giving allegiance to Deity

This is not extremely encouraged nor is considered overly noble as God asked us to be fruitful and multiply. There are exceptions but few.

8. Sexual relations to an object or thing not living

This is condemned and is considers sinful acts.

Types Of Sexual Relations

Here are my opinions of the following

1. Sexual relations between two men
2. Sexual relations between two women

Both of these are the same to me they are frowned upon and according to all I have heard and read in the bible are not right in the eyes of my god. Therefore you should not do them.

3. Sexual relations between one man and one woman

This is highly encouraged for in the eyes of the lord you become one and speak with one voice. Here you can become fruitful and multiply. This allows you to have children and grow in the eyes of god.

4. Sexual relations between one man and many women
5. Sexual relations between one woman and many men

While some believe in this practice I am one who does not. I feel that this is a lifestyle and not one that I agree with.

6. Sexual relations between man/woman and an animal

This is a sin and you should never do this. I find it disgusting

7. No Sexual relations at all, giving allegiance to Deity

Someone doing this should think before taking the vow. To further assist you in your purpose of being one with god is all good but not very many can do this.

8. Sexual relations to an object or thing not living

Well this is a sin too. You should not be doing this at all. How do people even think of doing things like this.

It's not too difficult to answer this, but some of these, I'd be surprised if any religion accepted them (especially the animal one!)

1. Sexual relations between two men

Definitely seen as wrong and a sin.
2. Sexual relations between two women

As is this relationship!

3. Sexual relations between one man and one woman
Only providing that they are married to each other!

4. Sexual relations between one man and many women
This is also classed as a sin.

5. Sexual relations between one woman and many men
This is also classed as a sin, but for some strange reason, people would find this more offensive than the one above.

6. Sexual relations between man/woman and an animal
This is wildly perversive and an extreme sin.

7. No Sexual relations at all, giving allegiance to Deity
This wouldn't be against my religion, but isn't a requirement either!

8. Sexual relations to an object or thing not living
This is a 'no, no', advised against, but don't think it would be classed as a sin.

Types Sexual Relations General Religious Beliefs

I believe religion should be left out of official and legal rulings and decisions, except for where there is a violation of the religious beliefs of someone directly involved in a ruling. Laws should apply equally and fairly to all persons, without discrimination or undue punitive effect, and be beneficial to individuals and society as a whole.

I believe in freedom of expression and religion, and personal liberties, where they do not directly violate personal liberties of others, so I think same-sex marriages or even 2+ people marriages are permissible, with full marriage rights, no 'civil union' hemhawing. Animals and inanimate objects are ridiculous, because regardless of religion, society itself has some basic common sense, I give us that much credit.

And for the record, I'm single and heterosexual and don't think a person's sex life should be casual conversation, though I have a couple of gay family members but don't know any other homosexuals (to my knowledge), and I am not a member of any particular religion or political party. I'm tired of society's progression always being bogged down in race and sex and religion and such. It's time to find NEW issues to get bogged down in.
